Imperial Pacific Resort
GRG Interior Decoration for Imperial Pacific Resort, Saipan
Designed as an ultra-luxury integrated resort, Imperial Pacific Resort Saipan showcases an opulent European neoclassical architecture characterized by grand high-ceiling lobbies, sweeping spiral staircases, and ornate interior finishes.
Dezi Construction participated in the manufacturing of approximately 3,000 square meters of custom GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) panels for this island destination. The scope encompasses intricate ceiling relief molding, elaborate baroque floral emblems, monumental arched wall frames, and seamless staircase cladding. To meet the demands of a tropical island environment, our team utilized high-precision silicone molds and factory-applied moisture-proofing, delivering export-grade components that comply with stringent U.S. building codes and integrate smoothly into overseas project schedules.
