Shenzhen Qianhai Fiancial Center

Located in the core financial district of Shenzhen, the Shenzhen Qianhai Financial Center project features 1,800 sq. m. of custom Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC) cladding components. As a landmark commercial high-rise, the architecture utilizes striking fluid curves, horizontal band lines, and seamless soffit transitions to define its contemporary aesthetic.

Manufactured by Dezi Construction, the project utilized high-precision prefabricated GRC panels engineered for exceptional structural integrity and smooth surface finish. The manufacturing process required custom mold fabrication for complex curved geometries, enabling the flawless execution of the building’s distinctive sweeping facade contours while ensuring superior resistance to coastal wind loads and environmental weathering.

This project showcases specialized technical capabilities in producing complex curved GRC elements for modern financial landmarks and high-density commercial towers.
