Dezi Construction participated in the manufacturing of approximately 4,000 square meters of custom GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) panels for this landmark destination. The scope encompasses monumental coffered ceiling grids, ornate baroque ceiling medallions, neoclassical Corinthian capital caps, and relief wall panels integrating traditional dragon, phoenix, and lotus motifs. Through 3D digital mold engineering, specialized factory casting, and trial-assembly controls, the precast GRG components combine crisp sculptural precision, seamless jointing across large spans, and rigorous fire-retardant performance.
