As a flagship polar-themed resort adjacent to Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, Chimelong Penguin Hotel is recognized for its playful architectural geometry, vibrant facade, and immersive family resort experience.

Dezi Construction participated in the manufacturing of nearly 6,500 square meters of custom GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) decorative elements across the hotel’s exterior and key public interior spaces. The scope encompasses rooftop penguin sculptures, the iconic 13.8-meter-high giant penguin statue in the main lobby, polar ice cap parapet trims, wavy canopy fascias, and arctic-themed facade cladding.

Engineered using 3D digital modeling, steel-reinforced GRP casting, and high-durability weather-resistant coatings, these precast modules retain their sharp geometric profiles and vivid colors under harsh coastal sun and typhoon conditions, ensuring complete structural safety for high-altitude installation.
