Located in Shanghai, the Metersbonwe Global Fashion Industrial Park was designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm ISOZAKI + HuQian Partners. The project features approximately 20,000 square meters of custom GRC (glass-fiber-reinforced concrete) facades, seamlessly blending the aesthetic inspiration of the modern fashion industry with cutting-edge architectural design.

Dezi Construction participated in the manufacturing of the custom precast GRC panels for this project, which feature complex chiseled and striped textures—a process requiring exceptional technical expertise. Through precision mold development and specialized surface treatment processes, the components perfectly replicate the natural stone texture and three-dimensional geometric grid forms envisioned by the architects, while also providing exceptional weather resistance, structural stability, and long-term durability.
